- Dual 4K@60Hz output requires a laptop USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode with MST (Multi-Stream Transport). Laptops without MST support may output a single 4K@60Hz display, or dual displays at a lower resolution. Check your laptop spec before ordering.
- HDMI output requires DP Alt Mode — this is a hardware limit, not an FTQ defect.
- The two USB 2.0 ports are designed for mouse, keyboard and wireless receiver. Do not connect portable SSDs or external drives to them — they are capped at 480Mbps and 0.5A.
- The SD and microSD slots cannot be used simultaneously.

The FTQ 10-in-1 USB-C Hub is built for dual-screen setups. Plug it into your laptop and drive two 4K@60Hz monitors through one USB-C port — no dock, no power brick, no extra software.
