- HDMI output requires a USB-C port that supports DisplayPort Alt Mode. Windows and Linux laptops without DP Alt Mode will not output video — this is a hardware limit, not an FTQ defect.
- The 100W PD port passes power through to your laptop. To charge at full speed, plug your laptop's original GaN charger into the PD port.
- Do not connect two high-power drives (e.g. SSDs) to the USB-A ports at the same time — total USB output is capped at 3A.
